Really impressed with this Templeton kid at left back every time I see him

    If he can step up and handle misters like he does kids his own age we've got another gem on our hands

    I've thought that a few times when I've watched him. Looks very assured on the ball. Under 21s is one thing though, hope he can make the step up

    Yes I agree,there are a nimber of the kids that seem to have the bit between their teeth just now.Perhaps the "pappy" days are over and we are producing lads like bree,smith,templeton,holgate,cowgill that really want a pro career with BFC: Rhys Oates needs to step up to that mark.!!!!!!!

    And there's the problem thats been affecting youth development for years at oakwell ...too soft and struggling to make the step up.

    Having a few ex pros in the set up is changing the mentality slowly but surely.

    Saying that though. Digby seems to be going backwards. fair enough he can pass the ball through the eye of the needle but he never got time yesterday with crewes pressing. Seemed to struggle to generate any pace as well. shame really.

    diggers need`s to get out and play 20 games.He has all the ability in the world and a big heart and desire but he needs to play and play not do 2 games and be out injured for 6 weeks.same as RNl - time to grow up and step up boys

    Never rated digby from first time I saw him just can't see him making it as a pro footballer above 4th division
