The missing thousands returning now Keith Hill has gone..
Jose Mourinho being unveiled as the new manager at BFC..
First signings to be Ronaldo and Kaka..

Mark Robins knew that the change in budget given to him going forward was too much of an ask to try and be competive at this level so ended up walking away..

Keith Hill has tried to do the job and has failed but a shame IMHO he couldnt have been given a chance longer term as understanding the current predicamant i was willing to back the manager and the team, regardless of championship or league 1, takeover or no takeover thought if we could have a bit of stability then with the younger lads coming through then we would be stronger in next couple of seasons.

The only way out of this for NOW and the Longer term to stay in this Divison if this is what people will only accept is if someone is willing to invest some serious money in 2 to 3 quality players, whilst retaining the better ones we have.

It is almoist a certainty wether it be this season or next that we will end up where we deserve to be should we continue to compete in the same manor financially.

We cant expect to be in this division year after year when operating like a division 1 team, when there is just about every other team in the division competing on a totally different level. (Even peteroboro have spent reasonable money on players since they were promoted)

Most people would agree that the owner has done alot for the club and we should be thankful and im sure he would only consider his job done if he can pass this club into someones hands who isnt going to destroy it.

Ive supported managerial changes in the past but this one doesnt feel right to me...

It doesnt feel good to be bottom of the league either or be supporter of a club that is changing managers as often as we do...

It cant be all the managers fault like a lot always seem to indicate...

Good Luck to the new manager whoever he is but please lets not go down down the line with the likes of a phil brown or blackwell style manager..(bassett was bad enough)

I aint paying my hard earned in these difficult times to watch hoof ball...

If things dont change within the club then there will a a few thousand more people deciding not to attend oakwell and the the same people will be on here repeating themeselves again and again when the new man doesnt deliver even though he has both hands tied behind his back and is trying to walk a tight rope with two broken legs..........

Hard lines Keith, maybe your four loan signings have been your downfall in this here and now World..

    Thanks for that Keith.

Four loan signings being the downfall? Not Wiseman, Done, Mcnumpty, Edwards, Rooney,Alnwick, Kennedy and god knows how many more on the books

No it was his blindly picking Wiseman & McNulty when they are obviously not even the best defenders at the club. Oh and the daft tactics of leaving your right full back exposed every game. And not marking at set pieces. And signing Etuhu, Mido, Edwards, Silva, Done et al. You could have gone to Tesco and signed a couple of reight laikers for the money!

Stability wouldn't have happened if we kept with Hill and got relegated into League 1. It'd be Blackburn Rovers and Steve Kean all over again...by the time we started the new League 1 season with Hill, the majority of fans would have been against him and a shaky start to the season would have seen attendances drop to an all new low with the fans attending making for an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere.

I'm still of the opinion that the players we have at our disposal should be well out of the relegation places. Piss poor tactics and selections royally screwed that up. Today an absolute case in point

I was willing to accept relegation this season, just not by Christmas. at least we should have been in we with a shout until Easter, but worst home record since 1953 tells me that hill has to go.
