I'm starting to feel like I did this time last year. Going down with no hope of a win, or even a decent performance.

Believe me, I really hope I'm wrong and we play Brum off the park and win, and you can then all call me a moaning b@rsteward.

We are not out of it yet, but,as many have said, something needs to change, and change fast.

It's a shame when your enthusiasm has dropped and we haven't even got yo Christmas yet......I'm the same.

I would imagine Saturday will bring a very nervous BFC team, so I'm not expecting any massive improvement.

I'm exactly the same. But it feels worse than I can remember, because if the excitement and positivity at the start of the season. Sucks a$$

Im looking forwards to Saturday as I am going to a party weekend in the Lake District - even better the place I am going has no TV, is in a mobile phone dead spot and doesn't have wifi - so it will be Sunday before I find out how many points we dropped against Birmingham so on Saturday night I can go to bed thinking we might still have won and played attacking football

While I'm at the Match I'm a pessimist in the run up to it an optimist so I am looking forward to it. Particularly if we have disposed of the 3 stooges and Bobby is caretaker manager. Not sure if I mean that but just looked at my bank balance after Saturday's trip to Millwall and it looks worse than our midfield.

Bizarrely I am looking forward to it. Not been to a game for a couple of weeks now so missing it. Convinced I will be pissed off at 5pm Saturday though.

Even if we get our third win on Saturday, I doubt we'll get owt against Brighton, Burnley, Leeds or Derby in December, not with the current regime. Giving him the Brum match is merely prolonging the inevitable.

I have been a fan since 1974. Season 2012/13 was the first time I did not have a season ticket for 20 years, I'd had enough. Halfway through last season I started to pay attention again partly because of comments on this board and conversations I had with Reds fans I know.

The culmination of last season with its dramatic finale convinced me that Oakwell again was the place to be every second Saturday (ish)

Why wouldn't I want to be there ? A dynamic motivator as a manager and a team that would run through brick walls to get a result. It was going to be perfect. Yes we'd get tonked from time to time but at least we'd give it go and try to win every game. We may even finish as high as 15th but that wasn't the point it was the breath less roller coaster that we'd get.

Scroll forward four months and I hate to say it but I am really getting to the stage where I don't look forward to matchdays anymore. I'm back to where I was when I decided not to renew.

I still like Flitcroft but something has to change... I really really hope that he can pull a rabbit out of the hat as I'm reluctant to change managers but I'm fed up of feeling miserable on a Saturday night. Over to you David, please prove you can do it.

Oh and I'm ready for the 'not a proper fan' comments... if that's anyone's opinion of me that's fine.

Do we expect owt away from home anymore, nowts changed much since we came back into Championship. More hopeful of the home games to be honest with again hopefully a change in tack away.

I'm trying to disengage from the Reds during the week because if i think about it too much I'll get depressed! That said, here I am on the BBS in my lunch hour!

I'm bringing my 7 and 4 year old boys to the game. They don't normally come but have been pestering me for a while to attend a live game. They both love football and, normally, I'd jump at the chance to brainwash them into becoming Reds as opposed to Derby fans (their home town team). The thing is, I just feel that we'll be embarrassing on Saturday and they'll be bored and cold!

I am. Seems ages since the last game I went to and Paddy McCourt will be playing, although if he's not I might be on the concourse all afternoon drinking beer.

Things aren't great, but I'm sick to the back teeth of us changing manager every time something starts to go wrong and hoping that will fix it. Let's be reight, ever since we got to Wembley in 2000 we've been *****. We've had the odd moment, but we've basically been *****. One manager isn't doing it, so we bring in another, who doesn't improve things, so we bring in another and it's the same story and on and on it goes. Maybe, just maybe, if we stuck with one, over time he could build us in to something. What we've been doing isn't working. We're just paying out a fortune in golden handshakes only to find ourselves in exactly the same position a year later with everyone screaming for us to do the same thing again. It's bonkers.

Keith Hill had a year of bad results before we got rid. At that point it was obvious the situation was beyond him and he had to go. We'd fallen apart. I'd like us to have the same sort of patience with Flicker. Not wait until we fall apart, but see which way he takes us, which is far from clear as yet. I'm not ready to chalk **** on him after 4 months. We're not in anywhere near the same sort of disarray as we were when Hill left us. Will Flicker improve us? I don't know, but neither does anyone else. And I don't know if a new manager will improve us either and neither does anyone else.

Or the problem is those who are picking the managers.
