Half the music videos I had in my library have just disappeared...

Yet if I click recently played and choose one that has gone it plays... any idea where I can locate the ones that have gone and get them back?

It finds them in 'RealPlayer downloads'

But they don't appear in the application, weird.

They should all be somewhere in 'My Documents'. Probably in this case your 'Real Player Downloads' folder. When you import music from a CD into Real Player, the root files are kept in your 'My Music' folder.
