To me looks like Danny has tried to mix some experience with a lot of youth, either from our academy or brought in. I believe the youth has worked in terms of players showing potential and the better players right now are the likes of Hourihane, Berry, Sam (when fit) plus Holgate and Bree (when fit). Williams looks to have potential and Jennings, Digby, Smith and the academy lads will get better and have had some competitive game time. The let down has been the experience. While Ramage has been good, I feel Lita and Treacy haven't contributed enough. Hemmings perhaps not yet delivered enough. The loanees are now a heavy reliance for us. I want to see this window move some on and strengthen with permenant experience. Players who will help the youth and show some heart and experience to develop our squad over next 6 months, a la Rammage. The real test for me on how this is managed will be in results and league position. My expectation has always been top half flirt on the play off fringes for second half. Anything less for me will be disappointing.
Mid table will do for me this season Next season Mid Table will not be acceptable. Play Offs would be Time will tell
