Recruiting seargents for Meadowhall

Traffic Wardens of course.Does anyone know one of these people socially?
Come on be honest-a relative-neighbour-loved one.What are they really like.
OK I was a few minutes over my allotted hour but what about a little discretion.
I pay around £100 per year in parking charges. Why don't I shop in meadowhall or
use a private parking facility in Barnsley.These people make my blood boil.
Totally disfunctional.Can't hold down a proper job.Society's misfits.
