Flicker is really doing a terrific job. Lower league rubbish indeed. Would I follow flicker out of a trench - damn right I would. For the more fickle amongst us, please don't start getting on his back if we lose. He's clearly got them all playing for the shirt and putting in a shift. He knows what he's doing and where he wants to take us. Fast tempo, no ****** about and a real team ethos. For gods sake lets be patient with what he's trying to do. Even if we were to go down (and I don't think we will) - as fans we should still give him our backing. At last we may have found the answer. Patience is key!
