I was discussing Redfearns managerial career so far, with a mate at the weekend. As much as we would all like to think he would be able to manage us one day, it's not looking too good for him based on what he has achieved so far. I hope he gets another opportunity somewhere else soon, maybe a coaches role is what he should be aiming for next.
He's clearly struggling as a Manager ...after Halifax, Scarbro andNorthwich.</p> I'd still like to see him to get a job at Oakwell, not in the big job but certainly in the coaching staff.</p> It won't happen under Davey but perhaps some day. Redders really needs to work under agood manager before trying for a managers job again.</p>
