according to the main site we have been charged by the FA, for an incident in the Coventry game when we "Failed to ensure that our players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion ! ". Any ideas anyone, to what they are referring, can't remember anything off hand (chinny)

Aren't we already on "probation" from last season?

Too many reds and yellows last time around.

I think we had a "suspended fine", but can't be 100% sure.

RE: Incident following foul on McIndoe....

The Coventry 'Mr Fix It' was Doyle, their midfielder, who was obviously given instructions to stop Howard playing at all costs. Doyle hacked Howard early in the first half when Howard was breaking into the penalty area off the ball. Howard went flying and grumbled to the ref, who obviously didn't see anything. When McIndoe was fouled, Doyle used the opportunity to kick Howard off the ball and that is what got the players round the incident. Doyle was booked then, but he should have been given a second yellow at least for other fouls, which was clearly the role he had been given. Howard obviously thought the ref hadn't given him reasonable protection and committed a blatant kick from behind on Doyle late in the game, getting himself booked.

The 'scrum' for which we are charged was the one when Doyle was booked for the off the ball hack at Howard. Pity the ref didn't see Doyle's first off the ball foul. The game could without players like that.

    They should charge Hallsey

The tackle was right in front of him - straight red

    Handbags like this

You see every Saturday on MOTD.

Are Tottenham and Chelsea to be charged after the flare up when Terry was sent off?

We are an easy target who won't kick up a fuss.
