    Prior to 18 August I would have expected:

    Boro L
    Wolves L
    Brighton L
    Bristol W
    Blackpool L
    Blackburn L
    Birmingham D
    Ipswich W
    Peterboro W
    Leeds L

    That would have been 10 points. In the event we have garnered 11.

    Exceeding expectations?

    possibly but the frustrating thing is that its now coming down to basics ie an inability by some to convert relatively simple chances. Other teams are doing just that so frustration increases

    I expected around 10 points by now, so yes we're just ahead of that. But in expecting just 10 points, I thought we'd be playing gash - we aren't, and so I'm frustrated that at least 6 points have gone begging. Due in part to poor refereeing, but mainly our own profligacy in front of goal.

    If one point off relegation, -3 goal difference and poor away form (and midweek form) is exceeding expectations we are in trouble.
