<span class="bold"><font size="-1">Reds hope to improve in second leg</font></span></p> <font size="-1">Barnsley came away from the first leg of the League One play-off semi-final a goal down after losing 0-1 at Oakwell.</font></p> <font size="-1">GaryTaylor-Fletcher gave Huddersfield the advantage, heading in from closerange. Despite a better second-half performance the Reds couldn't closethe gap.</font></p> <font size="-1">However manager Andy Ritchie is still confident his team can overturn the deficit and make it to the finals in Cardiff.</font></p> <font size="-1">"The approach is all out attack, we've gotta go and get two goals without reply" said Ritchie.</font></p> <font size="-1">The manager is aware the first goal scored in the second leg is vital:</font></p> <font size="-1">"Ifwe get it it's advantage us, if they get it we've got a mountain toclimb... we've gotta get the first goal, and hopefully we will do.</font></p> <font size="-1">"Ithink the pressure's all on them 'cause they're defending that one-nillead.
