BARNSLEY chief scout Martin Wilkinson has revealed the Redslook to have missed out on signing Aston Villa youngster PeterWhittingham with the player all set to join <span>another Championship club.</span>.</p>

Whittingham came up through the ranks at Villa Park and has turnedout 62 times for the Premier League side since making his debut in2003. He also enjoyed successful loan spells with Burnley and DerbyCounty.</p>

Speaking exclusively to www.barnsleyfc.co.uk, Martin said: &quot;We have missed out on Whittingham today and it looks as though he will be going to <span>another Championship club.</span> He was out of our price range&quot;.</p><div style="text-align: center;"></div>

Shevchenko came up through the ranks at Dynamo Kiev before moving to AC Milan in 1999.

To be fair it was fine on the other website. Its this website that causes the problem. When you paste stuff from other websites it sometimes loses spaces. Its slightly annoying, and I cant be arsed to go back and edit.

 

My mate's cousin...

Would have been a decent signing. I've asked my mate to persuade him to sign for us instead. I'm sure that should be enough </p>

Cracking young player this lad. Seen him play a few times for Villa, a fantastic left foot on him.</p>
