No Moore or Hume, I doubt there's anything to read into apart from they've been rested with another league game on Saturday, then the following Tuesday.

    Hume needs game time.............

not resting, im thinking he's probably picked an injury up, cos this would have been he ideal game to give him 30/35 mins.

But he has had a serious injury, we cannot rush him back and risk his health.

I'll throw the Cat amongst the Pigeon's...

Was it Tina-Tyke who said she spoke with Hume after the game on Saturday and he sounded pissed off that he didn't get brought on?

Davey - Hume bust up been on the cards? He's supposedly had his arguments with players in the past; Rob Kozluk and Denis Souza springs to mind.

We all know how our Manager can be a stubborn lovely person at times...

a bloke who the club have looked after through a terrible injury shouldn't get a 'monk' on because he doesn't walk back into team/squad! Davey will prob give him another week to build up fitness

Seven subs allowed on the bench

And not one defender amongst them. What a well balanced squad we have Simon

Surely these are exactly the games to help him to fitness though?

Rather give the kids a chance than risk first teamers.

Realistically, we won't get anywhere near winning this Mickey Mouse cup.

Bear in mind we have two defenders unavailable - Moore injured and O' Neil Thompson awaiting a work permit.

    Different competition

The FA Cup is taken much more seriously by most clubs.

Even we're resting a few first teamers for tonight.

Doesn't that mean it should be easier to win, not that we will

    We are?

Which players wouldn't have started if it was a league game?

I'd rather we didnt do well inthis mickey mouse cup

Glad SD wasnt tempted to play Hume, it would have been easy to put him on bench..
BUT i'd rather see the kids having a run out... if we win we win... if not.... who cares.....

and another thing................. Oddjob is in form (in freindlies)
    Macken scored on Sat
Boggy.......... cant get a look in.... until he plays - but will get 20 goals this season.. I am sure!!
    RNL, needs a run out
    Hume short of fitness
