I'm expecting the big chop next week, what should be expecting from a company ive worked for just under 4 years with regards to pay off (if any)?

in the same boat mate, depends if you're working notice, because after 1st feb the statuory redundancy pay goes up to £350 for every full year. currently £330
You get a weeks pay per year you worked mate, Get 6700 quid together, go to METUK and do a multi-skilled gas fitters course and you WILL get a job straight away, not enough of them, if you look on jobcentre site there are 54 advertised from 26k per annum upwards

Sorry to hear that mate. Normally a weeks wage for every year I believe. I lost mine in December and still looking for work now. In a way was lucky because the redundancy package was a months wage for every year
