Seen a few negative posts and on stokes website gave him 2/10. I don't understand. For me it was nice to see a referee trying to let the game flow and not booking people for next to nothing. Compared to some of the idiots we have had down at oakwell, he was very good and contributed to a free flowing game of football

Disagree, he was blowing up for little things and seemed to forget his cards.....how they got away without a booking is beyond me!

I think he was merely pointing out that the ref was letting them get away with murder.

By the way, what did you think of today?

Really? I thought he blew up very easily. I'll never know how only one of our players got booked either.

He was complaining every two minutes, did a couple of dives too. Totally unprofessional and I think it's his attitude that stops him being a premiership player as he clearly has th ability.

I thought we were a lot better today and the formation was much better than last week with a winger playing on the wing (now if you could just try that one when you arent FORCED to simon that would be great) and anderson coming (slightly) wider the midfield looked a lot more solid defensively as well as a threat going forward.

The two strikers played well with mifsud making some great runs off the ball and bogdanovic coming back a lot.

Defence looked solid and showed yet again that we are at our best with foster as one of the centre backs instead of moore and souza together and also while van homoet is sat in the stand.

The only area that I thought was poor was the goalkeeper. He persisted with long hopefully punts to the 5 foot tall mifsude against a 6'6" defender for the duration of the match and just didn't look very aware again. Not sure why he's been like this for so long but I think steele deserves a chance again. I got particularly pissed off when Muller kicked the ball from his hands, it went sailing over mifsuds head and was headed away by the defender and muller started shouting and waving his arms around trying to blame mifsud for not being 8 foot tall.

Agree he let the game flow, but

How he could give a free kick when Mifsud was thru on goal & not even book their player bemused me.

Also Anderson was well out of order a few times - on another day he would have been off.

Didn't see the incident at the end of the first half.

He gave 2 free kicks for us. One when Mifsud was running through which would have meant he was one on one with the keeper. The second where Stewart seemed to swing an arm at Anderson.

Neither were punished with a card. Unbelievable.

ADS was very lucky not to give a penalty away

Every time QPR had a freekick, Da Silva grabbed Stewart, and held him. Stewart eventually got pissed off and shoved him very roughly to the floor. Should have been sent off, but Da Silva was a lucky lad a few times before that.

    I didn't see it

But the ref saw something worthy of awarding a free kick, so quite how he didn't think it was worth a card is strange!

    He was bloody awful

How they got no bookings I'll never know.

Gave them nearly everything, 90% of our free kicks came from the linesmen!

    Smack in front of me

Stewart and Anderson had been tussling, Anderson let go, put his arms above his head and Stewart swung his elbow straight into Anderson's solar plexus!

He could have been booked 6 times by my (biased) reckoning throughout the game

But the ref saw the ADS incident and gave the free kick for an off the ball incident so why did he not book him?
