Cheltenham's Co commentator wasn't very happy with Mr Gill's performance yesterday, questioning why John McAtee wasn't sent off for "GBH", when booked for a high foot.

Last week's ref at Wigan goes straight into the top 3.

He gave them a few soft free kicks at the start of the second half but other than that I barely noticed him so he must've managed the game well, all cards dished out were merited too.

I don't understand why he booked McAtee for attempting an overhead shot, he couldn't see the defender and later when he broke away for the first goal the same thing happened to him as he headed it forward

Overall probably best and most consistent we've had this season. Gave an 8 BUT there were no controversial decisions to get wrong in the game.

Now I've seen Shepherd's goal he didn't give, I'm down grading him!

And yet, the Cheltenham co commentator said it was a disgrace that it wasn't a red card. To be fair, the main Cheltenham commentator was quite bemused with his comments.

See the 10 mark doesn’t have a post to explain why they thought ref was flawless and deserved the mark. Speaks volumes about the poster really

Apart from failing to notice Jack Shepherd's header had crossed the line!

Tbf the linesman should have spotted that one.

Ref couldn’t possibly give the goal. The linesman missed it.
