How did you rate Thomas Kirk.

Didn't notice him too much. Didn't have any big calls to make. Comparatively competent best sums him up.

I thought he was fine. I felt for him a bit - having to referee that rubbish.

Should’ve booked a couple of theirs. Booked cotter for a foul that was the same as one we had committed in the first half where he didn’t give a card (o’keefe I think). Not great not too bad. I’d have been worried if he had any actually big decisions to make.

I thought he was pretty decent. A lot better than our players first half
No major errors I can always find decisions against us I am not happy about but he seemed pretty even handed to me good solid 7

Odd thing going on here. I’m giving 6 or 7 just lately when it used to be 4 and below. Does this mean that meetings have been conducted to discuss how to handle our games and refs have been told to do it properly?

Didn’t really notice him hugely. Booked one of theirs for time wasting.

Perfectly fine. No big calls to discuss. 8/10

Decent ref for third home game in a row. Didn't get his card out easily, which I like and added an extra minute at the end of the game for the time wasting during injury time.

Don’t recall too much, so must be a positive thing really. He could’ve hurried them along more with time-wasting but did book one of them for it. I’ve given a 7.

Should have booked Williams for a blatant tactical foul less than 10 mins in and didn’t. 2nd half booked one of ours rightly for a similar thing then about 3 mins later let their player off with exactly the same scenario. Honestly it’s just the lack of consistency - never seen a team attempt so many pulls and obstructions as Exeter did on Saturday.

Other than that and allowing them a free reign of taking a throw in 10-15 feet further on than the ball going out thought he was ok. So an 8.75 from me.

In general I think he did well but also feel he made two big mistakes in not booking O'Keefe and Williams early on for what we're blatantly obvious yellow card offences. We benefited from it so I'm happy but they were two very poor decisions that could have been key

Forgot all about that and it happened quite a few times on the Eaststand side as well. Then laughingly as we were hurrying to take one in stoppage time he blew and made our player go back a couple of yards. So inconsistency yet again, changing my mark to a 5 now.
