I Remember Him In The Blackburn Game

One of the worst refs I have ever seen at Oakwell. I've not seen many as bad as him since and his biased officiating against us to the bigger team was horrible. Bookmark this thread because this news is enough to have you on a downer for saturday when he tries his best to help out Cardiff.

Yeah his name brings back painful memories. Up there with George Cain, Mr Singh and Gary Willard.

    I Understand.........

refs have it tough and it's not a easy job. Hell I extremely rarely slag off a ref and for the most part stick up for them when the do get stick (like after the Scunny game). But his Blackburn performance is worse five ever that i've seen and so put Rennie in the opening list. We now have........

    Rennie: Doncaster at home.
    Dowd: Blackburn at home.
Willard: Liverpool at home sending off players for nothing.
Singh: Huddersfield at home when they threw it into the net.
Cain: Away at Oldham when Halle won a pen with nobody anywhere near him when he dived.

Since 98/99 he's reffed 315 games handing out 63 red cards and 1095 yellow

thats 7 yellows every 2 games and a red card every 5.

A bit 'prolific' you may say.
