I think all the added time today was due to the referee's time wasting. Never seen a referee take so long to book players or talk to them. He was awful.
He gave Turnbull a rollocking for time wasting and took as long to tell him off as it had for Turnbull to move the ball from where their lad had put the ball down and where Turnbull wanted to take the goal kick from.
He wasn't great but nice to see a ref booking a player for failing to retreat 10 yards, something that really irritates me. Waring had done it twice and for me deserved the booking...
He was retreating when he was booked, he'd turned around and was walking away, keeper wellied it into his back.
After sprinting to kick the ball as well. Players not getting back 10 yards does irritate me but that was harsh on him I thought.
Dreadful ref. Makes me wonder how some of em get to that level. Second half was even worse than first. I'm putting it down to him realising he ****** up allowing our first goal..
What annoys me more is players rolling the ball 5 yard further forward that the offence. Couldn't believe how he let the push and pulls go then booked Scowen for shoulder to shoulder tussle where he won the battle
