Has everyone made a request to the club for one of the options or are many still to officially decide?

same here. It’s still with the Club. I was going to waive it because of the ‘I follow offer’ but having wasted several hours of my life in the fruitless pursuit of said ‘offer’ - I won’t be.

I haven’t made a decision yet. I haven’t seen a deadline for one, although there must be one in practice. I’d really like that confirming actually, I don’t want them to think I’ve just waived it as I’m definitely not doing that. I’m waiting to hear back from my dad if he wants the flexi-ticket, otherwise I’ll take the refund.

Been considering this for a while. I'm thinking of taking the refund and donating to charity. I've renewed for next season so I still feel I'm backing the club.

I ended up picking the flexi ticket but I don't recall any deadline for the refund option.

Got asked when I renewed my ST and just donated them to the NHS. Given everything we've been through and the fact that we were getting to see all the remaining games, home and away, on ifollow, I didn't want to take money out of the club.

I've done a complete u-turn on this. I was adamant I was having a refund a few months ago. Since then, I've decided that with the iFollow home AND away games, I've had my money's worth. I won't be claiming a refund.

I hope the club put it to good use. Buying @YTBFC a bit more IT kit or some such. ;)

Donated mine to NHS workers as well ... money long gone. We've got Ifollow which has been handy ... I know clubs such as Stoke were charging their fans a fee to watch.

To be fair they do get free away travel at Stoke though

Not decided yet - torn between the flexi ticket or giving to NHS - not be asking for my money back

I'm not too bothered about getting the money back which is why if i do i'll be giving to a charity. What i don't like is the club making it difficult to get a refund that people are legally entilted to. Now i get the reasoning, if they offered it as a choice online then plenty would take it, making it harder to get the money back will put some off. Its the exact same thing the airlines are doing regarding refunds, i just don't like it as a practice.
