Leicester 116.0 141.3 -17.92% Rochdale 32.7 35.0 -6.49% Bradford 31.8 45.8 -30.50% Kirklees 29.9 26.2 13.93% Blackburn with Darwen 24.2 20.8 16.15% Rotherham 21.5 26.1 -17.38% Bedford 19.8 18.1 9.69% Oldham 19.1 30.1 -36.61% Barnsley 17.1 35.1 -51.15% Peterborough 16.9 18.9 -10.53% Barnsley cases down by over half in the last week, but still in the top ten worst areas of the country. Here in Kirklees we have seen one of the largest increases and the council have said they aren't sure why.
