Rammell scored for Southend in his 1st game back at Oakwell Good job internet Barnsley fans weren't around at the time.
RE: Rammell scored for Southend in his 1st game back at Oakwell The board would have self combusted.....
In the long run, but... As witness last night's response to an England side with some lads playing at that level for the first time losing to Spain, we like results, immediate results.
Regis was lacking in confidence, and a miss against Grimsby made the fans get on his back (chinny) sounds a bit familiar
You must be joking... Odejayi lacks confidence, and is arguably not good enough for this level. Regis was downright crap. Give me Kayode anytime over Regis.
RE: Regis was lacking in confidence, and a miss against Grimsby made the fans get on his back Mmm...he was black as well. I seem to remember Bruce Dyer getting stick that was out of proportion from some for being offside a lot. Is there a pattern emerging here. Big white useless forwards don't get half as much stick at Oakwell. Barnsley is full of repressed racists.
Usless white striker Mike Sheron never got any stick from the fans. Nor did mediocre caucasian front-man Rory Fallon. As I recall.
Exactly [img=http://www.skills-bills.co.uk/dogshit.jpg][img=http://blog.farnboroughsucks.co.uk/img/dog-doo.jpg]

You see, I would be equally disgruntled whichever of the above examples I were to accidentally step in. At the end of the day, dogshit is dogshit, regardless of colour.

He was similarly inadequate But with youth on his side he at least carried the possibility of improvement, which is more than can be said the other two. Odejayi celebrates his 27th birthday on the day of the Charlton game and so should be at the pinnacle of his career. As for Regis, he was past it when he joined us and, frankly, "it" was never that great.
Didn't realise regis was so old, 32 when he arrived at Oakwell and people slag Davey off for poor signings! An old never had been. Wright and KO similar enough.
