BARNSLEY skipper Paul Reid will be back in training today despite being virually knocked out in Saturday's clash with Derby County.

Paul took a blow to the face from Jon Macken's elbow midway through the second half, chipping a tooth in the process, and was forced out of the action complaining of dizziness.

Reds manager Simon Davey told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk this morning: "Paul is fine now. He will be in training with the rest of the squad this morning although with less teeth than before".

Lucas out for Easter games - Official site

BARNSLEY goalkeeper David Lucas is expected to miss both games over the Easter weekend after being knocked out in Saturday's defeat by Derby County.

David was knocked unconscious in a collision with Giles Barnes early in the second half and left the field on a stretcher. He came around in the dressing room before being taken to hospital.

Reds manager Simon Davey told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk this morning: "David has a bit of concussion and the doctor has advised that he rests for eight days. That will keep him out of the Easter games".
