    Believe Marlon Pack and Korey smith both been released by Cardiff and Swansea respectively. Both would be great midfield options. Key area we need to improve.

    Aden Flint has also been released by Cardiff. Be a good option to replace Helik. Much needed leadership at the back.

    Flint would be a great signing, usefull at both ends of the pitch and is a natural leader ,
