Paddy Cryne must regret ever getting involved. It's cost him a fortune and all he gets is dogs abuse. We need a board of directors ffs, the club is a rudderless ship.
How can a football club be run properly at any level without a proper board of directors?
Come back John Dennis. Not instead of Cryne, but to assist him.
It took 4 years to get out of League 1 last time, I fear it'll take a damn set longer next time.

I think that is a totally unfair comment. Without PC there would be no BFC only AFC Barnsley.

    Utter tosh B*ll*cks and ****.

PC is an honest bloke who has put a shitload of his own cash in to the club to get **** like that thrown back at him.

What's he got to shoulder the blame for, for giving us a club to have a moan about?.

Or how about not wanting to spend another couple of hundred grand of his own money on compo for sacking a bloke with 3 years left on his contract. I tell you what - YOU offer to pay it for him and he'll get rid for you.

Perhaps its his fault for giving him a new contact in the first place when EVERY BUGGER on here was saying what a good move it was

My big fear is that, seeing comments like that and listening to the total grief he gets, PC will decide one day soon that, **** it, he's too old for all this **** and he'll walk. Then you can have a whinge 'cos you'll be shopping at the Oakwell branch of Tesco on a Saturday.

    Talking about Contracts....

We are not Privy to the Terms and Conditions of Daveys Contract. Could well be there are 'get out' clauses, Minimum Compensation Clauses etc etc. Might not be as expensive as everbody seems to make out.

I agree with you about John Dennis, he's Barnsley thru and thru, ok he made bad mistakes but in good faith and he's got a wealth of experience (good and bad) to call on.

agreed, without PC we wouldnt have a club, john dennis waste of space, i still cant believe people who call themselves supporters, fair enuff it is crap at the minute but we have to cope with what we have and unfortunately i think we have the team the problem is the manager but who is out there to replace him, all i can see is dave bassett who wanted loads of money so he is no go so we are stuck with SD for now, like i said earlier in the week, we are going forward but when it comes good we are taking 20 steps back, wish i knew the solution but i still think we will stay up but davey got to go at the end of the season bottom half is NOT good enuff end of story

Wasn't it stated that PC's money was given to the club as a loan and that the club actually pays rent to PC on the ground and training facilities?

ps, he was fortunate there was a club left to save in the first place after afc barnsley tried its best to destroy barnsley fc.

That effing cup run has done us more damage than good. Howard became a big headed **** on the back of it, Oddjob was blindly played despite him being fecking useless and Davey has become fire-proof. All because of two sodding wins.

I think Cryne is beyond all criticism.

He loves the club as much as any of us, and our recent form won't be pleasing him a great deal I shouldn't imagine.

Cryne reminds me of Steve Gibson. He backs his man a great deal, and shows a lot of patience when others would have got shut months ago. I don't know if it's the right approach, but I won't criticise him for taking that position. I paid my £290 and can do **** all else now.

Personally I'd have binned Davey after Cardiff beat us at home.

How did AFC Barnsley try to destroy BFC?

Come on, how the **** could they?

And as for how the club is funded, who knows. It has made profit the last few years but there must be loans either from PC or guarantted by PC that were need to get us out of admin and through the years we were projected to and did make losses.
