I believe relegation won't hurt us in the long run. We've over achieved for years on our budget,We've signed too many loan players who don't care, plus we never play them.We have some good youngsters who are never going to get a chance at this level because you can't give them time to develop in this league. Get Rose Digby Noble and some of the other good young uns in the team and give them time to play plus a few of the current squad and one or two good league 1 signings and we'll have a squad capable of competing in league 1.We are not in debt.Lets get some initiatives going to attract more and new fans, and let's start winning again because if we do the fans will come back cos they would rather see a winning side than this onelosing all the time.
Honestly don't know here you get that idea from .but one things for sure we going down and it won't be good for us.
Think Rose won the cup game v Burnley last year, came on and scored in the 85th minute. Could and should have been used in the same super-sub role this season, coming on for the last 10-15 minutes when the opposition was tired.
I think we are fooked if we drop tbh. The club has been hanging on by its fingertips for the last three seasons. More effort should have been put in to back robins after our most successful season since we came back up. Instead we chose to penny pinch and hire gambles to manage the club. More effort should have been made to sell the club in the last few years than what has been publicly shown for me. We'll be scrapping around in lge 2 in 2 seasons with 4k gates rattling round Oakwell. Going down will be a disaster in my eyes!
money rules football at all levels now, relegation from the premiership is rewarded by parachute payments, relegation from the championship is rewarded by losing about 5 million in revenue,we will be shafted big time when we go down,i honestly have no idea how we will bounce back.
Agreed just look how good it has been for Bristol City this season or the Blunts. And who else remembers how good the football was last time we were there. I'd say we are more likely to be struggling at the bottom again than fighting for Automatic promotion
