Is he someone off here? Certainly negative enough for it.

".....the manor of the defeat" - that's the answer then. We were playing on the wrong manor! Get us back to our manor and we'll be fine.

Does it have ads on that site? I have adblock installed so wouldn't know. But if it does, then aye, you're probably right.

Christ, talk about an overreaction eh? 90 minutes into a new season and we're already down. The writer of that needs to get a grip.

Thing is - whoever wrote this is not the only one thinking like this.

I've had a couple of conversations recently where people have said they are not going to matches this season because it will be a relegation battle.

I think people are getting absolutely fed up with the same routine season after season..........

i.e...........sack the manager - bring in a new manager - bring in a whole new set of players

But; I'll be there on Setdi

Yeah there are ads. Last time I looked it had those annoying video ones that play with sound automatically. I used to write for that site for us for a while. A good 5 or 6 years ago now.

thereev as a Barnsley fan for just under 40 years now is one of those who is sick and tired of the recent absolute tosh we have been served up. This has been going on for yonks now and while nut jobs like thereev and quite a few on here will continue to go can you HONESTLY blame anyone who does not want to watch this over priced shlte BFC continue to serve up?....honestly folks?

yes I have recently declared my distrust of Benjamin but as I stated, just what has he achieved whilst at the club for a few years now?

To be fair, I cannot blame him for the utter ****** we have seen before he came but he is just another in a long line of custodians of the club who has produced fook all improvement. However Benjamin does appear to produce more hot air than most!

For people to say they are sick of it is in my opinion FAIR and UNDERSTANDABLE.

but as always, I will be there setdi, not only with eldest son but the young un n all for his first game,......so you cannot really question my support of this shabbily (imo) run club.

What I will say to the happy clappers is: how the fook can you happy clap this bag a shlte?.....are you all after a job with the club so are inclined to brown nose anything they say?

I'm sick of us being ***** too reev. I'll continue to support them though, it's what supporters do. Imagine being born into being a Barnet fan for example.

100% this. I've only ever known us not be dog toss for one season (05/06) but I'll still be going home and away this season, and for as long as I can into the future. I would like us at some point to actually have a season we can enjoy though.

so do we have to play all the games then

surely that's a waste of time if we are already relegated.

Bizarre response that, Bob. I think we all have our worries regarding our current setup, but that's due - in part - to the simple fact it's the first week of a long season and we've little idea about our fortunes at this point. In fact, we've little clue as to the ability of most of our players. As for the 'recent tosh' you refer to, I think most of us would agree it's been a tough few years to watch, and most of us readily say as much. But most of us support the club regardless, like the supporters we are. If **** performances, clueless management, under-performing board members and useless footballers were enough to force me into not supporting BFC, I'd have called time on it ages ago.

I do though appreciate that not all of us who follow the club do so in that vein. I can't even describe myself as any sort of perfect supporter. I can't get to every game (quite a few do manage that, God bless them), I have even missed games I could have attended. But whether we're riding high or hanging low, it wouldn't affect my decision to attend. Others are fickle and see the club as a source of entertainment. Their prerogative. To me, it's a religion, an addiction.

I don't consider my posts on here to be happy clapping in their content and certainly not brown nosing. I can be critical, complimentary, sad, happy, whatever. Human emotions, varied in nature by what I see, read, hear and experience. Unfortunately, some on here seem only able to look at the negatives.
