    most ex premier teams seem to struggle if they dont bounce back up in the first season e.g. charlton, southampton, watford
    heres hoping sheff utd

    it's simply the loss of the payments from the Premier League

    most keep on the big wage earners and hope they bounce straight back-it's the reason Beattie was offloaded this season-he was taking -I think I heard correctly-40% of their wage bill !!!

    it wasn't 40% but it was a lot. He was on £30,000 a week and the next biggest earner was Paddy Kenny on £10,000 a week.
