I've just been looking at the remaining fixtures for those in the mix at the bottom; Peterborough, Huddersfield and Millwall fans must be roarin', less so Bristol, Pigs and Wolves. Ipswich have a cake walk.
Lost me with your street talk. roarin ? Is that good or bad. Cake walk ? Easy or Hard. I'm not down wid da kids, which is bad (or is that good) ?
Not quite sure why everyone's making such a big deal about our fixtures. I don't fancy our chances away vs Cardiff or Palace but surely all the rest are winnable games? I can see us winning 3 of our 5 home games along with 4-6 points away from home giving us between 14-16 points. Would be very unfortunate to go down with a total like that
It certainly adds some balance to the arguement that we have a difficult run in dude. We have no more of a difficult run in that anyone else. Crucially our away form almost mirrors our home form, so we have less to fear away than some. Saturday's results could transform our chances of staying up- Hudds at Leeds Peterboro at Blackpool Ipswich home to Bolton Birmingham at Middlesboro Weds home to Cardiff Bristol at Wolves If half of those games go our way and we win, happy days
Anyone who doesn't know roarin' means crying shouldn't be allowed to support Barnsley football club. FACT.

We used to go 'roarin' when I was a kid. You take a newspaper and stuff it up a guttering down pipe and set fire to it. The noise it made was called 'roarin' - Could have been bull roarin. So stick that up thi pipe
Are I was reyt darn wi da kids in 60's mi owd, but we used to call it "knockin' abart" in them days. ;-)
that was a "Bull Roar" as you hinted we made a reyt **** up once on a plastic drain pipe, we did not look too close at the pipe material.Buggered it totally.
Re: that was a "Bull Roar" as you hinted I have got us staying up on BBC Predictor, but needing 52 points, which assumes that we beat Charlton and Derby at Oakwell and get a drawn with Hull, Watford etc. I have Huddersfield, Peterborough and Wolves to go down. Wolves have a tough run-in and there is little sign that Saunders is beginning to turn round their form into a good run. We are unlikely to be safe on 50 points this year, but there are so many other 'mid-table' teams which could drop into the mix. It is tight on my predictions right up to the very last game again. I have the Huddersfield game as a draw, which will keep us up and send them down. Now that looks like a right old local derby!!!!
That's definitely BULL ROARIN mate. Particularly came into it's own on the run up to, and on MISCHEEVUS NEET, along with HEDGE HOPPIN and BOBBY KNOCKIN. ROORIN is crying, particularly like a baby, practised by DICKIE BIRD, and has no connection to BULL ROARIN whatsoever.
