I have got a beautiful wallpaper on my phone of Nads scoring the 2nd but it is somewhat spoiled by having Vodafone written through his head. i removed the orange logo quite easily on my old phone but cannot do it this time - any recommendations please? Thanks in advance Chris
No he really has got Vodaphone tattooed across his head remember he played in the Champions league for Manure
RE: No he really has got Vodaphone tattooed across his head lol - forgot about that! Hope he can play in Champs league for us in 2 -3 yrs eh?
Ever the optimist still has recent history taught you nothing? I think I bawled more in Cardiff than at Wembley btw
RE: Ever the optimist still Thought about our memorable trip to Wemberlee at the time! Managed to contain the tears but nearly fainted when we scored the 2nd!!! Another fantastic day to remember alongside Wembley but I think it has got to be better than that day eh?
The fact we were victors gives it the edge over Wembley Still bot were special occasions & as RR#2 (now 6ft+) said 'Its nowt if not interesting being a Barnsley fan. In the past 10 years we've seen top flight football including wins over Manure & Liverpool, 2 relegations, 2 promotions and those dark days of administration. I'm considering making him support a different club... what you think my chances are?
RE: The fact we were victors My grandad died aged 80 not having seen any of these things - I feel priveliged to have shared some of these times and would hope that all the people who have been whinging on the board over the past season realise this. The occasion was great but it was made better by having been shared with people who are of the same mind set, passion and direction. Looking forwards to next season with both my RR's as Red's season ticket holders (if I can pinch your expression. Hope you're well and family is ok?
We are indeed Got GCSE trauma & looking for a job trauma at pres. Mine are too old and big for the RR tag any more, you & yours are more than welcome to take up the Rug Rats mantle. Cardiff memories are far more 'blurry' than Wembley!! I put it down to the vast amount of alcohol consumed
