I happened to go in to the box office to renew and purchase a u14 season ticket. Normally I do online but had a reason to go in. I see it on my account but wonder should I have got a confirmation email by now? Renewed at start of week. No rush I’m just intrigued.
Thanks: nothing in junk but online map I see the u14 seat no longer showing as available like mine. I’m not bothered about a card so wonder when the E-season ticket might get sent - is that in the confirmation email
No the e-ticket wasn’t in the confirmation email. I think the email confirmation I got was just because I renewed online. I had to phone the box office to sort a ticket for my middle kid for one game earlier this season and I didn’t get email confirmation, nor does it show on my purchase history on the account online. We will be emailed with e-tickets in the summer.
