It's got me stumped. I am logged in but no matter what I do I can't get my existing seat in the basket. Anyone?
Just tried mine and no problem. Are you logged into your account? If you are you should see your seat available to move into basket
Same with me. What I've noticed is that the number on my page doesn't match the customer number in my season ticket booklet. Could that be it?? Being trying all sorts of things but looks like I'll have to make the trip in to sort it out.
