Season tickets are listed for sale on the ticketing website (despite no advertising from the club to try and promote them) but I can't work out how to renew and keep my seat. All I am getting is a seat map where I can choose a seat but my seat is not available to select and there is no option to click renew. In the information section it says to go to this link for more information: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc/EDP/Season/Index/www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/season-tickets-201819/ but that link doesn't work. It also says renew before 30th April 2018 to get the cheaper price (a price it doesn't actually state) but how will anyone know to do it before then if they don't advertise? Has anyone on here managed to successfully renew yet? The information from the website: Event Information Season 2018/2019 Visiting Oakwell, supporting the Reds through thick and thin. Update: I have found the prices by clicking on a random seat which tells me the row but not the seat number and no longer has the handy function to see the view from the seat. Each ticket also comes with a £1.50 fee, any idea what this fee is for? (I hate fees, why not just make the ticket £1.50 more expensive and have done?) Guessing it will all work once all announced..... Finalising prices maybe. Depending on what league we are in I would guess....
I've edited to show prices above. If the deadline to buy is in 27 days they need to get finalising and advertising now. People will need time to make decisions.

That was my first thought but it doesn't say that is what the fee is for, they could say it is for anything. It doesn't say whether the fee is still payable or not if you buy it direct from the box office. Edit: On this page it doesn't mention anything about an online fee but it does say there is a £3.90 fee for booking via telephone. Then again, it also says that tickets are available from Monday 3rd April so who knows?
Thanks tyketastic. Found the section on the main website now, stupidly thought all ticketing information would be availabe on the ticketing site.
When you log into the eticketing, there's a notification showing if you have a season ticket renewal. Following the 'Renew Now' link it adds your existing seats to your basket. https://www.eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc/ The fees are: 75p per order for standard ticket postage £1.50 per Season Pass for standard postage
Thanks Wizz. I'm logged in but don't have a renew option, I seem to remember that happening last season too.
I've decided against renewing if we get relegated, so if we're not safe by 30th April but end up surviving, i'll wait to see what recruitment brings. This season has been one of the worst I can remember. Almost entirely joyless.
I’ll be waiting to see what recruitment is like before renewing. £75 fine to do so but as another poster has said, we’ve paid £105 a win so far this season
Suppose that's a question for the individual to answer, perosnally I know I'll get one regardless so I may as well pay the cheaper price
Well, this post seemed to have worked anyway. I've just signed back in to eticketing and the notification has now appeared and the club have started tweeting about season tickets being on sale.
