    Ex Portsmouth. Steady midfielder, regularly made the international squad.

    Had 40-odd caps apparantly......must have been one of his last games

    Nah... I read it in a book.

    Bought from Waitrose.

    That is my solitary football related post for the week. I'll get back to sandwiches from now on.

    No, I was impressed, you pop up now and again spouting football stuff. I'm betting you're trying win favour with site admin or something. Perhaps for a sandwich bbs maybe.

    I'm about to eat another apple, that'll be 2 in a week. It'll probably cover the annual recommended fruit allowance, for healthy living. I reckon I've added 15 years to my life this week, what with the fruit and making an extra trip up stairs because I'd forgotten my cigs.

    Sandwich BBS would be quality, although I'd probably start spouting about football just to be different.

    According to my health calculator ratio (based on Coachmans OPTA statistics);

    The total health gained by 2 apples will counteract 100 cigs. It's looking good for you. Keep chomping those Granny Smiths (preferably post coital)

    That's fantastic news

    So basically if I have 2 apples a day, I can smoke 75 fags in the same day, whilst adding years to my life.

    I'm going to live life to the full now. By adding a banana, I presume I can start experimenting with class A drugs and having unprotected sex with strangers as well?

    Correct

    Be careful not to get the bad AIDS though. You'll have to move on to Kiwi's to combat that.
