I would like to see McCann brought infield and Devaney out wide on the left....i believe he has deserved a recall after his cameo appearances over the last few games...especially for a home game we should be looking for 2 out and out wingers and give our forwards a chance of some service.

    Any other ideas?

McCann has no physical presence and cant run.

If he is to be in the team its safer to have him away from the middle of the pitch.

McCann into the middle and Dev on the left. Think that is what SD will do. Personally I would give Toggers a start and give Dev a run.

    what a pillock you are

McCann not good enough? good god..

id go with previous suggestions of McCann in the middle and Devaney on the left. if that fails, then Togwell.

RE: what a pillock you are

McCann has given no indication that he can move around the pitch faster than walking pace.

How do you expect him to hold down a central midfield role where mobility is a rather useful trait. He cant even utilise physical presence as an offset to this as he looks the " man least likely to tackle" in the current 1st team.

Safest bet is to keep him out of the way on the wing , he can take the free kicks if he likes , and put Togwell in the middle to run around the pitch tackling.

Did he get a yellow? According to the papers I've seen and also if you look on Soccerbase they all say Nyatanga and Werling were booked. No mention of De Silva ??
