<p class="add-linkout" align="left">IT'S been 10 years since it was 'just like watching Brazil' - and Barnsley are eyeing an unlikely play-off spot to celebrate the anniversary.</p><p class="add-linkout" align="left">For 45 minutes on Saturday the fans could have been forgiven for singing that song again as Andy Ritchie's Reds played the kind of football that won them a brief stay in the Premiership.</p><p class="add-linkout" align="left">Only Wolves keeper Matt Murray prevented Barnsley from going into the break with a four or five goal lead as they tore apart Mick McCarthy's promotion contenders</p><p class="add-linkout" align="left">Their gung-ho style means that League leaders Cardiff are the only team to have scored more goals than the Tykes, who also claimed their first clean sheet of the season.</p><p class="add-linkout" /><p class="add-linkout" align="left">"There's no reason why we can't beat every team in this league with our style of football - we are brilliant going forward," said striker Marc Richards, who scored the only goal of the game.</p><p class="add-linkout" /><p class="add-linkout" align="left">"Most people would have said at the start of the season that we would be happy to survive, but the lads are confident enough to think we can be pushing for a play-off spot.</p><p class="add-linkout" /><p class="add-linkout" align="left">"That first 45 minutes was the best we've played in a while. We were rock solid at the back and going forward we're always a threat. Only the keeper kept the score down."</p><p class="add-linkout" /><p class="add-linkout" align="left">But Murray could not keep out Richards, who bundled home in the tenth minute after Paul Heckingbottom headed a Martin McIndoe corner goalwards.</p><p class="add-linkout" /><p class="add-linkout" align="left">He then pulled off fantastic saves to deny Paul Hayes, Richards and Anthony Kay in a first half completely dominated by the home side.</p><p class="add-linkout" /><p class="add-linkout" align="left">Wolves improved after a half-time rollicking from McCarthy, but they could not find a way past a Barnsley defence that has leaked 18 goals this season. That was Wolves' second defeat in a week and left captain Jody Craddock scratching his head for an explanation.</p><p class="add-linkout" /><p class="add-linkout" align="left">"We were very poor in the first half. Totally didn't realise that it was 10 years ago that we got promotion. It would be nice to surprise everyone and get to the play offs but I'll take survival for the moment
