Request for Laura and JLWBL plus update on BBS photo comp....

JLWBL and Laura,</p>

It has been suggested that we ask Laura to judge the entries in the BBS photo competition, after an initial suggestion of JLWBL, due to his immense knowledge of where to find photo's!!! Is this ok with you 2? The competiton for December was the riveting theme of 'December skies'. The competition is still open for submissions so could we ask you to cast your eye over the site and see what you think.</p>

It has been suggested that a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for the skies be considered and then a comment about any other 'standout' photo's in the general catrgory that take your eye. Don't feel under any pressure to do it but it would be appreciated if you would give an impartial p.o.v.</p>

Let me know what you think, if we can say the closing date for entries will be 2nd January and we'll hope for a decision from yourselves after this?</p>

Chris think the pictures should be 1,2,3, for any subject, its a bit late for 'sky'pics before xmas, what do others think ?????

To judge if that's what you want, mate. But I think the likes of madmark62 & Mossman are far more qualified than either Laura or myself.

May be as well just to judge the pictures 'as is'...

as Wastyke suggests if everyone is happy with that? JLWBL and Laura if you don't mind looking at them and deciding then iit would be much appreciated. Perhaps the winner of this time can be the judge for next time? Personally I don't think we should be judging which photo's are the most technically brilliant, but encouraging people to get involved and share the images they have recorded and want to share. If you and Laura don't mind doing this then it woul be great.</p>
