Reserve Team For Hartlepool

That's a pretty strong team for the second string. We wouldn't have had a team that good in the reserves last season. Look at the quality we have who cannot get into the first team right now. Proud times (Y) (Y) (Y)

His hair's gone away for a few days so Andy's not coming out.

 

He isnt good enough for them either I guess.

I cant see the reserve team that was posted up.

Midfield is Butterfield, Togwell, Meynell and Ricketts.

I havent seen either of Butterfield or Meynell play.</p>

Maybe having seen Anderson play , that is the type of midfielder Davey feels we need.</p>

Johnson isnt that type of player.</p>

 

Talking to a friend of mine who gos to training he said Davey really put them through there paces last Tuesday,I asked about Johnson and he replied that he is a very good trainer and seems really fit.Maybe his time will come again when we lose Anderson.To those knocking his ability I don't think he has had a bad game for us indeed he was head and shoulders the best player on the pitch against Plymouth.

 

Agree mate...

think he will be important player for us this season, there's a lot of games to play and we need strength in depth.

 

Probably start this Saturday then cos De Silva's out I think ? </p>

Feel sorry for Togwell at the minute, can't get near.</p>

 

I think Plymouth was the only game he made it past 55 minutes.</p>

Maybe thats why he hasnt played since , his body couldnt handle 90 mins.</p>
