I noticed we have a player called Branson, is he related to Ronnie Branson by any chance?

we might as well withdraw from the reserves league

as we are not using it to field our back up players anyway. it is being used as part of the academy and in my opinion is one of the key reasons that youngsters arent making the grade because they are being pushed and compared to older opposition far too young on many occasions

The thing that I find very odd about our reserves

is that even when we had a fair few fit 'first team' strikers (odejayi, hume, macken, rigters, mostto) only 2 were starting for the first team but the rest weren't even playing in the reserves, instead we were playing academy players. Same went for the goalkeepers, muller and steele and yet letheren was in the reserves. Surely steele should have been

We have no game Saturday, Branson is awful (plays cos dad picks him), so give fringe players a game. Butterfield kicking his heels tonight, probably case for Odejayi, El H etc - 45 mins tonight each would be good for them. Days have gone when reserve team was squad players. That's why so hard to pull in crowds

I think it's also a very big reason why we are failing to score

and why in the middle of january simon davey seems to still not know the strengths and weaknesses of all of his strikers

Yeah usually the case and thought thats why Branson Jnr is in the team, I hate that just getting picked cos your dad is the manager of the team.

RE: The thing that I find very odd about our reserves

He uses the excuse though that he knows what Steele etc bring to the team so he doesn't need to play them in the reserves.

You can bet young Branson wont be discarded at the end of his academy term like barnsley do with the rest of these lads
