A lot has been made of the team spirit at Oakwell, even through the poor run we've had this season, but I think there is an underlying lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the manager by the players. How many times when being interviewed for TV or radio have you heard players making stupid comments in the background. This isnt team spirit. Its a lack of respect for the man in charge.
Would you dare do it to your manager at work.
Sloppy attitudes off the pitch can only equel the same on it. Which is what we seem to be seeing week after week.

Ritchie is just one of the boys. He is too close to the players as is Holden. Just look at all the pranks the players pull on them. I couldn't imagine Brian Clough being told to **** of by a player.

If went down down to training and didn't know who Ritchie was you you would think he was a player.
