In the world of popular music which famous* artist would you nominate for the firing squad for which song/album track....

My vote goes to Mr Bowie......Laughing Gnome

The Beatles for Ob-la-di Ob-la-dah is quite an obvious choice. And if Paul McCartney survives that, he should be obliterated North Korean style for the fcking frog song with Rupert the Bear.

And before anyone starts dissing Ringo, I'm happy to admit that I like Octopus's Garden.

Come On Eileen (Dexy's Midnight Runners) without a doubt.

    What a load of nonsense!

Sting. For calling himself Sting for a start. And then for everything he's ever done, said, sung or played. De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da? **** off.

Green day. Red hot chilli peppers. Nickleback.

The Frog chorus by Paul McCartney is horrendous. A lot of Stevie Wonder's work is awful but I'm going for Russians by Sting ' the Russians love their children too' no ****ing **** ********.

The lyrics to band aid are pretty horrendous. earth some Michael Jackson still makes me shudder.

Mumford and Sons. I don't know how I can be so offended by something so bland but I can't stand the faux folk tweed tw4ts.

Christina aguilera for dirrty on account of crimes against nature. The amount of tissues I've gone through while watching that video I must have single handedly (fnar fnar) destroyed an entire rainforest* and its all down to her.

    * This is of course assuming tissue is made out of trees, which it probably isn't.

Agree with this. Always amazes me that it comes high up on these lists of the best songs of all time

I have to object to that. It might not be Yesterday but my daughter loves it. And compared to the hours of computer generated versions of No More Monkeys Jumping On The Bed it replaced I will be eternally grateful to Rupert, Paul and every frog that ever hopped the earth.

I think you'll find it's Roderick not Rodney.

I agree though, but I'd call his latest stuff anything he's released since about 1975.
