Really surprised we've let this kid go. He will have got some great experience under his belt playing in the Scottish Premier for Gretna. I would have thought we'd have given him another year. I bet he's gutted he didn't get another contract.
I agree, he looked a handy player to me in the reserves and good reviews on loan. Even if he spent all of next season on loan we'd have a better idea of whether or not he'll make it. I can't help feeling we're letting the kids go too early and it will come back to haunt us.
