Is he 20? If so he needs to be breaking into the first team more regularly. although could be another Danny Rose and need a loan in League Two to see if he can find his feet there. Although he has been on the bench in the last 2-3 games so he must be proving something.
Only struggling sides need strikers and 9 times out of 10 the reason they're struggling is because they can't create anything for the front men, so even if he gets a loan move he'll not get the goals he needs to grow in confidence and become a better player, he needs to be getting half hour a week for us for the rest of the season and a full game next Saturday int cup
