Central midfielder , get in!
I hope he is of the dribble with ball type of player, and can play more than 1 hour.

Its looking like we dont need forwards, with the way we play, we never get the ball to them in any sort of decent position.
I am sure Davey has a plan.
I hope for our sake it works.
I am not a fan of 3 at the back , as it usually means that one of the centre halfs has go and cover wide when the ball is played over the wing back , and our guys dont look comfy defending out wide.

RE: Lets be Honest There is that , but if this new goalie pulls off a couple of saves following a balls up or twothen they might gain a bit of confidence.
RE: Lets be Honest well he may do , but that never worked before, But WAIT I have just had a brainstorm, What if its not been Colgans fault at all and its all been down to having a numpty at Centre half, well that numpty has been suspended now , maybe we can keep a clean sheet or two.
Lets be.. Patient
Objective
Non judgemental without sufficient evidence to judge
Optimistic
Supportive
But thats obviously too difficult.

RE: Lets be.. I just raise questions ,
why sign Mossto ,then load up with big lads?
Why play a passing game pre-season but a lump it game when the season begins?
Nothing negative in that , just that it doesnt make any sense to me.

Bit more about Clarke from bbc.......... Newry City's Richard Clarke has attracted a lot of interest Newry City's highly-rated skipper Richard Clarke is on the verge of a move to Championship club Barnsley. The Northern Ireland Under-21 international recently had a two-day trial with the Oakwell club and it is believed a deal is imminent. Newry manager Gerry Flynn revealed that a financial package had already been agreed with Barnsley. Clarke previously had a trial with Bury and guested for Sheffield United in a pre-season friendly at Portadown.

Just wondering Where this lump it up front malarkey originates? People on here keep citing it as if its all we play. No doubt we have played some long stuff but to my mind its not been a particularly dominant feature of our play in the two games I've seen nor in the Colchester game from what I've read from both camps.
RE: from bury message board - they see this as the chance to get dwayne back One of those messages says they wanted 225k for this Clarke lad.
RE: from bury message board - they see this as the chance to get dwayne back Davey must see something in the lad, to bring him over for a trial. He as impressed for us to sign him, if it's true. Can't wait for Simons midfield changes come saturday. Devaney Mattis clarke Werling. well he as to give them a chance.
We barely strund two passes together against Coventry, I would say we lumped it forward 90%+ of the time.
Don't agree at all I'll not deny we played a few long balls in the game but I think your assessment is wrong. Certainly not the way we played against Darlo and not Colchester either it seems.
