BARNSLEY Football Club can confirm that striker Marc Richards will leave Oakwell when his contract with the Reds expires at the end of June 2007. Marc joined the Reds in August 2005 after leaving Northampton Town and was a vital part of the squad that won promotion to the Championship that season. He has gone on to make 89 first team appearances, netting 18 goals for the Club. Barnsley Football Club would like to thank Marc for his services and wish him every success in the future
