Ricky Ashworth

Ricky is a Speedway Rider who on friday night was injured in a track crash riding for Berwick Bandits at S****horpe, He is fighting for life in a medically induced coma...Ricky used to ride for my team Sheffield Tigers and a nicer guy you couldnt wish to meet....Can I ask for your positive thoughts to help Ricky through this.
Not Football I know but a brave sportsman doing what he loves.

 

Fingers crossed for him buddy. They build em tough in Yorkshire and I'm sure he will pull through....

 

Thanks mate, He's actually from Salford but rode for Sheffield for nine years.

 

Me and my families thoughts are praying for Ricky! He will pull through mate , keep us posted please .

Its now over a week since Ricky's crash.I mistakenly said he was in a medically induced coma, actually he was knocked unconcious and is still unconcious in Hull Intensive care....Worrying for his family and Speedway fans in general...c'mon Ricky.
