BARNSLEY manager Andy Ritchie plans heart to heart talks with his squad tomorrow as the dust settles on Tuesday evening's LDV Vans nightmare against Doncaster Rovers.

Speaking to the Official Website this afternoon, Andy said: "I did not go in to see the players at all after the game because I would have only ended up throwing things around and that really would not have been productive.

"We will be in early Thursday morning and will be having an in depth conversation about the game believe me.

"I just feel that we have let everybody down. For 70 minutes we were doing ok and then conceded three stupid, stupid goals and we just should not and cannot be allowed to do that".
