    Come on lads, (and lasses). Theres been some real corkers on here since Jan the 1st. O'Brien from Portsmouth to name one. Kay to Watford, I think the world of ya big guy but i seriously doubt it. Webbers another one.

    Not having a go, we all want the best players we can get and i know we all want the Gordon to take the padlock off the wallet. But the best we are going to get is Mattis, even a league one footballer approaching his 30th Birthday is humming and harring about coming, whats that tell ya.

    I hope i dont upset anyone but i think we should be more down to earth, as crap as it is down here.

    It tells me we are a club that as had difficulty in the past to attract players here. Is it due to our league position? Is it wages or is it poor negotiating skills, i just don't know. One thing for sure though, reading Davey's comments on the official website, the Constantine transfer is a long way off completion, we are talking days now for his answer.

    I already hate this because....

    ...we're obviously having a job persuading him that he should play for us. I'd rather have players who come along and think "yep, this'll do for me, where do I sign?"

    I guess it could be agents telling him to play silly buggers to get more cash, but at the end of the day it doesn't particularly sound like he's desperate to get a red shirt on and start banging them in the net for us.
