    well that was ballacks !!!!!!!

    half way there and phone call... 'errr Dave XXXXXX has to go to blah blah blah.... can he reschedule? ' thinks, 'you **** no **** off'.... says 'yeh sure i'll give you a call on Monday.. no problem !!' ah well never mind!!!! Clients eh !!!!
