Right, less than 24 hours to get myself fit for the big game

    ... and the pre match festivities ...
    Worst cold of the year, and I sound like Les Dawson. Sore nose from blowing, and flegm like you wouldn't believe ......urgh!

    Any tips to get me sorted?
    Drinking fluids all day, sleeping etc ... any other sure fire ways to get me to the (pub) and match on time?!!

    I find Lemsips to work best, have one now and before bedtime. The blackcurrant one isn't too bad. And Beechams powders.

    Had a couple today. Going to have the hottest bath I can stand tonight & then another lemsip - no end of excitement in this house. (casualty)
